How we did it

Now in their fifteenth year, the Creditplus marketing team wanted to develop on existing practices and grow the business nationally and locally.

A small but mighty in-house team, each member had a great work ethic, but had fallen foul to trying to do everything and had spread themselves very thin! While the marketing landscape is constantly evolving, it was key to ensure that the team had a fundamental grounding in marketing best practices and was driving actions that delivered real results for the business.

Through weekly mentoring sessions with members in the team, we were able to develop their skills and enable them to achieve fantastic results!
